What to Expect
The Gamification system will incentivize member participation through:
- Points — earned by completing actions (posting, commenting, completing courses)
- Badges — awarded for achievements (milestones, special contributions)
- Levels — progression tiers based on accumulated points
- Leaderboards — rankings to foster healthy competition
How It Will Work
As an admin, you'll be able to:
- Configure which actions earn points and how many
- Create custom badges with criteria for automatic awarding
- Define level thresholds and names
- Display leaderboards on your community pages
- Use gamification status in access rules (e.g., "Level 5+ members get access to this group")
Current Status
This feature is in the design phase. The reward engine and badge system architecture are planned, but development has not yet started.
