Gamification

Status: Coming Soon Points, badges, ranks, and leaderboards to reward member activity. Designed, not yet available. Gamification is on our roadmap. It isn't available in your community yet, so there's nothing to set up today. This page is here so you know what's coming. What it will include - Points. Award points for actions like joining, posting, completing a profile, or finishing a course. Points can expire and can drive leaderboards. - Achievements. Badges members earn for milestones, including multi-stage badges. - Ranks. Progressive tiers members climb as they stay active. When it's ready We'll add full setup guides here once gamification ships. Until then, you can recognize active members through announcements and by featuring their content. CRM & Member Segments

Status: Coming Soon Automatically tag and segment members by behavior, with a dashboard for filtering and bulk actions. Designed, not yet available. A member CRM is on our roadmap. It isn't available yet, so there's nothing to configure today. What it will include - Automatic tags & segments. Group members by behavior, such as new joiners, active contributors, or members at risk of leaving. - A member dashboard. Filter members, view their activity timeline, and take bulk actions. - Retention workflows. Trigger actions automatically as members reach certain milestones. Group Chat & More

Status: Coming Soon Group messaging and a mobile app are planned. Here's what's on the way. A few features are designed but not yet available. There is nothing to set up today. This page just tells you what is coming. On the roadmap - Group chat. Today, chat is one-to-one only. Group conversations are planned for a later release. - Mobile app. A dedicated mobile app is on the roadmap. For now, your community works in any mobile browser.
