The built-in CRM will help you manage relationships with your community members beyond just content access:

  • Contact Profiles — enriched member profiles with engagement history, purchase history, and custom fields
  • Pipelines — visual pipeline boards to track member journeys (lead → trial → paying → champion)
  • Tags and Segments — organize members by interests, behavior, or custom criteria
  • Activity Timeline — see every interaction a member has had with your community
