A member CRM is on our roadmap. It isn't available yet, so there's nothing to configure today.
What it will include

Automatic tags & segments. Group members by behavior, such as new joiners, active contributors, or members at risk of leaving.

A member dashboard. Filter members, view their activity timeline, and take bulk actions.

Retention workflows. Trigger actions automatically as members reach certain milestones.
When it's ready
Setup guides will appear here once the CRM ships. For now, you can manage members manually in Members (/admin/users).
