Status: Available Build the logged-out landing page visitors see before they sign up: hero, benefits, call-to-action, and a curated showcase of your real content.
Your landing page is what people see before they join. It's the only marketing surface a visitor gets, so it's worth filling out completely. You edit all of it in one screen.
Where to edit it
Open Community Settings > Landing Page (/admin/content/cs_landing_page).
The hero
The hero is the top section of the page.
| Field | What it does |
|---|---|
| Hero Eyebrow | A small label shown above the headline (for example, a category or a short hook). Up to 60 characters. |
| Hero Headline | The main headline. Required. Up to 85 characters. |
| Hero Subheadline | A supporting sentence beneath the headline. Up to 200 characters. |
| Hero Image | The main image for the hero. This image also doubles as the social-share preview if you don't set a separate share image in SEO. |
Hero Headline is the only required field on this screen. The rest are optional, but a fuller page converts better.
Benefits
Add up to 4 short benefit points shown below the hero. Each one has a Title and a short Description. Keep them about what your community offers in general, not a single course or event, so they stay accurate as your content grows.
Call-to-action band
Near the bottom of the page is a closing call-to-action.
- CTA Headline: the headline for the band. Up to 80 characters.
- CTA Subtext: a supporting line beneath it. Up to 200 characters.
Curated picks: showcase your real content
Curated Picks lets you hand-pick specific items to feature on the landing page. You can mix:
- Courses
- Groups
- Events
- Blogs
Only the items you explicitly add to this curated picks list appear on the landing page. This is separate from an item's own Featured flag: marking a course, group, event or blog as Featured does not put it on the landing page. To showcase something here, you must add it to Curated Picks. Pick a few of your best, most representative items so visitors see what your community is actually about.
Steps
- Open Community Settings > Landing Page (
/admin/content/cs_landing_page). - Fill the Hero Headline (required), then add an eyebrow, subheadline and hero image.
- Add up to 4 Benefits (title + description each).
- Write your CTA Headline and CTA Subtext.
- Add a few Curated Picks: real courses, groups, events or blogs.
- Save.
