TribeCrafter plans & pricing

Status: Available What each TribeCrafter plan costs, what it includes, and how the founding offer works.

Overview

This page covers what you pay TribeCrafter to run your community. It is separate from the products and plans you sell to your own members, which are yours to price however you like.

Every plan includes unlimited members and a custom domain, and takes 0% of what you earn.

The plans

Prices are per community. The annual figures are the monthly equivalent when you pay for a year up front, which works out up to 25% cheaper.

Monthly Annual (per month) Storage Team seats
Starter $65 $49 100 GB 3
Growth $195 $149 500 GB 10
Scale $389 $299 1 TB 30
Enterprise Custom Custom Custom Custom

Each plan includes everything in the plan below it. What gets added:

  • Starter covers everything you need to launch, with video uploads up to 2 GB.
  • Growth adds member video uploads, download protection, and priority support. It is the plan marked most popular on the pricing page.
  • Scale adds 1440p video with priority encoding.
  • Enterprise adds 4K with studio DRM, dedicated infrastructure, and a support SLA. It is priced per deal, so talk to us.

Storage covers everything you upload: course videos, images, files, and member uploads. Video is usually what fills it, so size your plan against the library you expect rather than the one you have today.

Founding offer

The first 30 communities can get Growth-tier features for $99/mo, locked for 24 months, along with hands-on help moving your community over from whatever you are using now.

It is capped at those 30 spots, so it closes once they are taken. You apply for it rather than signing up directly. Start from the pricing page and the team will pick it up from there.

Free trial and billing

Starter, Growth and Scale all include a 14-day free trial, and you can cancel at any time. You can pay monthly or annually.

To change plan, cancel, or update your card, see Managing or cancelling your subscription.

What "0% transaction fees" means

When a member buys a product or subscribes to one of your plans, that money goes directly to your bank account. TribeCrafter does not take a percentage. The only deduction is Stripe's standard processing fee, which Stripe charges for handling the payment.

We make money from your subscription to TribeCrafter, not from a share of your sales. There is no platform fee that turns up later once you start earning.

Current prices and the full feature comparison are always on the pricing page. If something here does not match it, the pricing page is correct.
